“No one is excluded from my love; all are called and invited. But they must put on the wedding garment that my Son has given to humanity” (Inner Word).
Our Father’s Heart is open to all people, no one is excluded from His love! All are called to approach the throne of His mercy. That is why the Father sends His messengers to make His love known to mankind. But although this love is boundless and inexhaustible, there is a condition for man to be able to receive it and live in it. He must put on the wedding garment of the Lamb, which the Lord acquired for mankind on the Cross, thus fully fulfilling the Will of the Heavenly Father.
Since He nailed the sins of humanity to the Cross, all can receive forgiveness and be cleansed by the blood of the Lamb. Then they can put on the robe of grace and approach the throne of God in faith and trust. This is the way God has ordained for all people. To proclaim it to the ends of the earth is the mission entrusted by the Risen Lord to His Church.
The message is simple and clear. Everyone can understand it, as long as he does not close himself to it. Here we encounter the love of the Father, who has not ceased to fight for humanity, even though humanity has so often turned away from Him and offended Him by leading a bad life.
But our Father does not stop loving because He wants to keep each of His children with Him for eternity. This is why we must not lose hope, even when we see evil spreading on earth. At the same time, it is important to proclaim our Father’s love in the right way, so that people do not fall into false security. All are called to order their lives according to God’s will and to accept the wedding garment offered to them. Then they will be saved!
