THE HOLY SPIRIT WITHIN US

“The work of the third person of My divinity takes place silently, and often man does not even notice it.” (From the message of God the Father to Madre Eugenia Ravasio)

In His message to Madre Eugenia, the Heavenly Father now goes on to explain how He wishes to dwell in the souls who are in a state of grace. The indwelling of God is the infinitely great gift to those who have received and responded to the message of salvation. It changes everything, for with it the soul can be led to all good under the influence of the Holy Spirit.

The more closely we listen to this gentle and intimate presence, the more we are transformed into the image of Christ. However, as the Father says, it is a silent work, and if we do not gather ourselves inwardly, it is not so easy to perceive. This is why the Holy Spirit reminds us to seek silence and be alone with God as we continue to follow the Lord. Furthermore, through His booklet, the Father lets us understand: “No one can imagine the joy I feel when I am alone with a soul.”

So, when we feel drawn into silence, it is the Holy Spirit calling us to an intimate dialogue with our Creator and Father. When we feel moved to read the Holy Scriptures, it is the same Holy Spirit beckoning us. When we feel called to pray for someone in particular, it is the Holy Spirit. Likewise, when we are moved to perform good deeds and more.

The work of the Holy Spirit is therefore often only indirectly recognizable in the good consequences, and we then draw conclusions about Him. On the conscious path of following Christ, this becomes more subtle so we can perceive and follow His impulses more quickly.

Thus, our Father has established His throne within us to remain there forever—as the true Father who loves, protects, and stands by His child.
