“The cross is My way to descend to My children, for through the cross I let you be redeemed by My Son. And for you the cross is the way by which you can ascend to My Son and through My Son to Me. Without the cross you could never come to Me, for man has brought separation upon himself as a punishment through sin.” (From God the Father’s message to M. Eugenia Ravasio.)
In His booklet, the Father clearly describes how His way to us and our way to Him are. It is the great wisdom that the Father has entrusted to those who acknowledge Jesus as their Lord and Savior. “In Him are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge” (Col 2:3).
If someone has already passed through the gate of salvation, he no longer needs to look for another way. Now it is a matter of getting to know the Lord ever more deeply, following Him, and thus entering into the most intimate connection with our heavenly Father.
The Father also emphasizes the necessity of coming to Him through the cross because there is no other way to reach Him. Recognizing this truth is a mission of love in itself! How can you stand idly by and watch others go astray when you know the way to salvation? Who would deny the water of life to those who are thirsty?
Certainly, we cannot reach everyone personally with the message, and yet our prayers and our testimony of our Father’s love can have a great impact.
If we are imbued with the truth of what our heavenly Father has communicated to Madre Eugenia, the Lord will also show us what we can do so that other people may come to know the way of salvation in Christ. We will always come to the Savior’s cross, knowing that the Father comes to us through His Son, and we come to the Father through Jesus. What wisdom!
