“MY LOVE NEVER GAVE UP”

Let us continue with the story that our Father tells us in the Message to Mother Eugenia to help us understand how great His love is for us, mankind. Let us remember that this is a soul who never gave thanks for the blessings God granted her, who offended Him, who lived immersed in a web of errors, and for whom mortal sin had become habitual.

Despite her rejection, our Father continued to accompany her. He expresses this in the following words dictated to Mother Eugenia:

“I followed him all the same. I loved him and, most of all, in spite of his rebuffs, I was happy to live patiently close to him, in the hope that maybe one day he would respond to My love and return to Me, His Father and Savior.”

However, until shortly before her death, there were no signs of change, even though our Father spoke to her more kindly than ever and did not give up. He then asked his chosen ones to pray for that soul so that he would accept the forgiveness He offered him with inexhaustible patience.

When his last hour came, and he was about to die, this prodigal son finally recognized his mistakes, repented of his life of sin, and died with these words on his lips: “Now You see everything and I beg forgiveness for all this evil which You see in me and which I now discern in my confusion. I love You, my Father and my Savior!”

Our Father achieved his goal! That soul was saved because it invoked Him as Father. “He will spend a period of time in the place of expiation, and after this he will be happy for all eternity.”

Our Father concludes his story by saying, “I now rejoice even more, together with My celestial court, at having realized My desire to be his Father forever.”

That’s our Father!
