The “3 minutes for Abba” are intended especially for the so-called “Abba Family”. As God the Father promises in the Message to Mother Eugenia Ravasio, great graces will be showered upon humanity when the Church fulfils His desire to establish a special cult to the First Person of the Blessed Trinity by instituting a liturgical Feast in His honour. This is His great desire, as He gives us to understand in the Message to Sister Eugenia:
“I desire that one day, or at least a Sunday, be dedicated to honouring Me in a special way under the title of Father of all Mankind. For this feast, I would like a special Mass and Office. It is not difficult to find the texts in the Holy Scriptures. If you prefer to offer Me this special devotion on a Sunday, I choose the first Sunday of August. If you prefer a weekday, I would like it to be always the seventh day of that same month.”
Since this private revelation was sufficiently examined by the Church and recognised as supernatural, we can assume that our Father’s promises will be fulfilled and that the Feast in His honour will become part of the life of the Church and of mankind.
Although only the hierarchy of the Church has the power to establish such a Liturgical Feast, we – the faithful – can pray fervently for this to happen and we can also celebrate from now on every 7th August as a day specially consecrated to God the Father. Let us consider Who it is that is expressing this wish… And every wish of our Heavenly Father must be sacred to us, all the more so if He has expressed it already since so long ago!
Let us then take note of these first two points on how we can already practise the special worship with which the Father wants to be honoured by us: 1) pray for the establishment of this liturgical feast; 2) dedicate August 7th in a special way to God the Father.
