THE LORD IS OUR STRENGTH

167th Meditation

“Put your hope in the Lord, be strong,

let your heart be bold, put your hope in the Lord” (Ps 27:14).

The Lord is our strength…

This is the constant experience of those who walk with the Lord through this life and try to fulfill their mission in this world. We are very limited beings and many things are beyond our capacity. But this does not mean that we have to lose hope, but rather that we must realistically accept the limits that God has placed on us. Read More

MY LIGHT DRIVES AWAY ALL DARKNESS

166th Meditation

“My light drives away all darkness, to the point that it pains you to have had even the slightest wrong thought” (Interior Word).

God is light and there is no shadow in Him (1Jn 1:5). Our Father is love (1Jn 4:8b). When love is poured into our hearts and we allow ourselves to be moved by it, nothing can stand in the way of this love. This is how the purification of the heart takes place. Read More

IN YOUR LIGHT WE SEE THE LIGHT

164th Meditation

“In you is the source of life, in your light we see the light” (Ps 36:10).

Our Father wants to open our eyes so that we may see. As related in the Gospel, our Lord restores sight to the blind (Mk 10:46-52). But an even greater gift of His love is to grant us the light of faith, to open our spiritual eyes and enable us to see with the eyes of God. Read More

REFLECTION OF THE FATHER’S LOVE

162nd Meditation

“I am the true source of the Law, and you should reflect it. Since I come to confirm to you once again that it is a Law of love, you should be apostles who, inflamed by love, seek delicate and gentle souls, so that My Kingdom of love may expand among all” (Message of the Father to Sister Eugenia Ravasio).

The Father wants us to be a reflection of His love. God’s love is to be made visible in each of us in many ways. Read More

A CONSOLATION FOR GOD

161st Meditation

I wish (…) that you could console Me and love Me for half an hour each day (Father’s message to Sister Eugenia Ravasio).

Mother Eugenia, to whom our Heavenly Father addressed these words, clarifies that this desire of the Father extends to all His children. Indeed, it is a great comfort to Him that His children confidently turn to Him and devote time to Him. Read More

REJOICE IN THE LORD

 160th Meditation

“Rejoice in the Lord, exult all you upright, shout for joy, you honest of heart” (Ps 31:11).

The joy in the Lord that the psalm acclaims here must inundate the righteous, for they strive to do the Will of God. It is in itself a source of joy to know God and to taste the wisdom of His commandments, as well as to walk in the path that the Father, in His goodness, has prepared for us. Read More
