A SENSITIVE HEART

235th Meditation

“Your heart is therefore as sensitive as mine, and mine as yours” (Father’s message to Sr Eugenia Ravasio).

Once again, our Father makes us understand what his Heart is like by reminding us what ours is like, created in the image and likeness of His. If our heart is not completely dull and cold, we know well how we react to true love, to injustice, etc…. Read More

A GREATER LOVE FOR JESUS

234th Meditation

“If you come to know Me, you will love Me and My beloved Son more than you do now” (Message of the Father to Sr. Eugenia Ravasio).

Certainly all of us want to love our Lord Jesus Christ more than we do now. At Christmas we have said to the Child Jesus what is expressed in a beautiful German carol: “My heart I want to offer you; and all that I have, give you”. Read More

THE WRATH OF THE LORD

233rd Meditation

“Even if people encounter my ‘wrath’, I want them to know that I love them and call them to conversion” (Inner Word).

TO SERVE IN THE ‘KAIROS’

231st Meditation

“Every day is important, every hour I offer my salvation to mankind. You must serve to bring it to people, for the joy of your Father who loves you” (“Inner Word”).

We are called to live in the “kairos”; that is to say, to be aware that TODAY is the “propitious time” and the day on which salvation is offered to mankind (cf. 2 Cor 6:2). The way to it is open: “TODAY, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts” (Ps 95:7-8). Read More

Lk 2:22-40

And when the day came for them to be purified in keeping with the Law of Moses, they took him up to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord- observing what is written in the Law of the Lord: Every first-born male must be consecrated to the Lord- and also to offer in sacrifice, in accordance with what is prescribed in the Law of the Lord, a pair of turtledoves or two young pigeons.
