TO KNOW THE HEAVENLY FATHER (Part 3)

361st Meditation

To know, honour and love the Father…

The knowledge of our Father through His daily details for us, through His Word and through the richness of the holy sacraments is intended to lead us step by step to understand that our whole existence is due to the great YES of God to us. This great YES is not only valid on a general level for all people, but has a very personal character: “I have called you by your name, you are mine” (Is 43:1). Read More

TO KNOW THE HEAVENLY FATHER (Part 2)

Anyone who eats this bread will live for ever; and the bread that I shall give is my flesh, for the life of the world.’ Then the Jews started arguing among themselves, ‘How can this man give us his flesh to eat?’ Jesus replied to them: In all truth I tell you, if you do not eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in you.
