“When you speak the truth, heaven opens and bestows gifts upon you.” (Inner word)
The goodness and beauty of the truth that comes from Your heart, dear Father, transforms everything. The mists must give way, lies are dispelled, deceptions are exposed, and the light shines in the darkness.
In this truth, dear Father, we are to live and also bear witness to it. This means serving the Kingdom of God—Your Kingdom. As soon as we do this wisely and fearlessly, Your light penetrates even deeper into us, every time. We become witnesses, and our being is strengthened in You.
This witness requires courage—sometimes even the courage to face death. But it is precisely this virtue that grows with every confession, and the gift of strength finds more room within us. The truth sets us free, and on such a path we become recipients of heaven’s gifts.
It is becoming harder to speak the truth; lies and deceptions have spread and are even trying to penetrate the sanctuary. All the more, we anchor ourselves in You, and You strengthen us within our souls. You are always seeking souls in whom You can dwell and who live in the truth. They become a place of Your delight and peace. Thus, You do not allow even the slightest dishonesty to remain between You and us. Fear of man must also give way, for it is because of this that one sometimes even denies the truth or does not dare to bear witness to it.
Bearing witness to the truth will help us when it reveals itself to our soul like a treasure of pure gold and teaches us to detach ourselves from everything that clouds it. For You Yourself are the truth—the indestructible gold for which all lies and deception are intolerable. That is why You embrace the one who speaks the truth. He becomes Your treasury on earth.
