How it would glorify our Father if all humanity, together with those in heaven and under the earth, would bow their knees at the name of Jesus (cf. Phil 2:10)! What a blessing to be able to say these words to our Father in full confidence! There is no longer any need to hide or avoid looking closely at the state of our heart. Rather, we enter into a mature relationship with our Father. Read More

Ps 145(144):10-11,12-13ab,17-18
All your creatures shall thank you, Yahweh, and your faithful shall bless you. They shall speak of the glory of your kingship and tell of your might, making known your mighty deeds to the children of Adam, the glory and majesty of your kingship. Your kingship is a kingship for ever, your reign lasts from age to age. Yahweh is trustworthy in all his words, and upright in all his deeds. Upright in all that he does, Yahweh acts only in faithful love. He is close to all who call upon him, all who call on him from the heart.

Phil 3:17–4:1
Brothers, be united in imitating me. Keep your eyes fixed on those who act according to the example you have from me. For there are so many people of whom I have often warned you, and now I warn you again with tears in my eyes, who behave like the enemies of Christ’s cross. They are destined to be lost; their god is the stomach; they glory in what they should think shameful, since their minds are set on earthly things.
